Working with Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios, SCPS Unlimited helped bring the world of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings to life through custom costume fabrication, digital scanning, and advanced 3D printing. For the character Razor Fist, portrayed by Florian Munteanu, we began with a full-body digital scan to create a precise body form, allowing us to fabricate a custom-fitted costume that matched the vision of costume designer Kym Barrett while providing the flexibility needed for action-packed performances.
Our team also fabricated armor and helmets for the soldiers of the Ten Rings army, transforming concept art into lightweight, durable costume components using our proprietary 3D printing and fabrication workflows.
By combining digital design with innovative materials, we produced screen-ready costumes that were comfortable to wear, efficient to manufacture, and capable of standing up to the demands of a major feature film. Through a combination of practical effects and digital replication, these costumes helped create the impressive on-screen army seen throughout the movie.
