3D SCANNING SERVICES
3D scanning makes it possible to make digital reference materials that are extremely accurate for use in practical fabrication, post-production, and asset replication. We take pictures of your subject as they are, at the exact moment you need them, so you don’t have to guess and we can speed up the building process.
- Perfect Fit for Custom Builds
Costumes, helmets, armor, and prosthetics are made right on the digital body form so they fit perfectly and are easy to move around in. It’s ideal for principal actors, stunt doubles, and performers who require precision builds under pressure.
. - Creative Iteration at Full Speed
Quickly change, scale, or develop designs using a base mesh from the real world. This flexibility empowers art directors, costume designers, and modelers to push the creative envelope without starting from scratch.
. - Seamless Integration Across Production Pipelines
Our output files are optimized for compatibility across multiple platforms—whether you’re working in VFX pipelines, 3D printing software, virtual production environments, or game engines. That means no bottlenecks, no delays, and no costly conversions during handoff.
.. - Time Saving Precision & Efficiency
working from exact digital references means you won’t have to do fittings and changes over and over again. This allows fabrication and post teams to move faster while staying aligned with production goals.
. - Preservation & Archiving of Valuable Assets
Store rare props or one-time builds for future use, continuity, or making new products. 3d scans serve as a creative safeguard for future re-use, continuity checks, merchandising, or promotional needs.

The Mandalorian : Chapter 20
During the Order 66 flashback in “Chapter 20: The Foundling,” we see Grogu being rescued by a Jedi Master on the BARC speeder that our team fabricated from original design concepts and preliminary models provided by The Mandalorian team. Our team redesigned the models for fabrication and built the full chassis and speeder.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Marvel needed a sleek, distinctive mask for Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Made with a variety of After an expansive R&D materials and textures, the “soft” mask is internally shaped to retain the actor’s facial structure, regardless of any movement underneath. This made it comfortable and pliable but also consistent in appearance. We conducted an expansive R&D phase to ensure the actor could speak easily and be heard clearly from beneath the mask.
The Falcon and Winter Soldier
Our work with the Falcon costume followed a history of detailed masks and integrated hard costuming components with Marvel Studios’ projects. In addition to Anthony Mackie’s custom-fit goggles, which we fabricated through digital design, 3D printing, mold and casting, and detailed paint, we developed innovative solutions to ensure our custom fabricated rigid armor components of his costume stayed attached to its softer fabric.
