We were thrilled to work alongside costume designer Lindy Hemming’s team on Bane’s mask for the Dark Knight Rises.
Working with Emmy winning costume designer Carlos Rosario, we created the spacesuit for Rain Carradine in Alien: Romulus.
Obi-Wan KenobiOur costuming team worked alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi concept artists and the costume design department to finalize design, and fabricate the armor and headpiece seen worn by the Fourth Sister Inquisitor.
In an effort to translate the humor and friendship that is at the core of Bud Light, we worked with Wieden + Kennedy to develop the Bud Knight character. The full suits of custom armor created were used in countless marketing campaigns. Durable. Comfortable. And highly recognizable, the Bud Knight character was featured in broadcast spots, activations, and social posts for years.
In the Apple TV+ movie Finch, Tom Hanks’ character lives in a post-apocalyptic world prone to savage winds. We were tasked to create a costume that could withstand shooting these violent storm scenes. In the end, not only did our design do an amazing job at keeping dirt away from Tom’s face, the pumped in filtered air made it easy for him to breathe which was credited to contributing to the overall smoothness of the production.
Call of Duty : Advanced Warfare
When the makers of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare wanted some key game elements from the game brought to life, we jumped at the chance. Using the full scope of our in-house capabilities including 3D modeling, 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machining, custom fabrication, and graphic design, we worked with game assets to create six total suits. Resembling robotic armatures, running down the actor’s back onto their legs and arms, each were designed with different paint schemes and configurations.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Marvel needed a sleek, distinctive mask for Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Made with a variety of After an expansive R&D materials and textures, the “soft” mask is internally shaped to retain the actor’s facial structure, regardless of any movement underneath. This made it comfortable and pliable but also consistent in appearance. We conducted an expansive R&D phase to ensure the actor could speak easily and be heard clearly from beneath the mask.
The Suicide Squad
Our team gave the character defining touches to the costumes of Peacemaker and Polka-Dot Man in The Suicide Squad. Featuring a custom-fit chrome helmet for the violent vigilante and leather-trimmed goggles and iconic advanced tech gauntlets for the metahuman criminal, the ensemble is both aesthetic and functional. The camera-ready gauntlets even had fully functional mechanical openings and integrated effects to enhance the impact for the crew on set and the audiences beyond the screen.
AHSOKA
Our costuming team worked with the Ahsoka art department and costume design department to finalize and fabricate the full set of armor worn by the mysterious mercenary Marrok.
Spider-Man : Homecoming
To enhance the winged villain’s terrifying presence we reverse engineered an enhanced soldier exo-suit and rebuilt the pieces into a unique flight suit for Michael Keaton’s character, Vulture. Fabricated over an undergarment with attachment points for quick and easy changes, Vulture’s new costume was equipped with posable talons and a high-tech helmet with glowing green eyes. Thanks to our creative designers and fabricators, the actor could still see from behind the lights and comfortably perform his role.
The Falcon and Winter Soldier
Our work with the Falcon costume followed a history of detailed masks and integrated hard costuming components with Marvel Studios’ projects. In addition to Anthony Mackie’s custom-fit goggles, which we fabricated through digital design, 3D printing, mold and casting, and detailed paint, we developed innovative solutions to ensure our custom fabricated rigid armor components of his costume stayed attached to its softer fabric.
Captain America : Civil War
In yet another Marvel collaboration, we were asked to construct the costume for super villain, Crossbones. We created a modular system of interchangeable parts that could be inserted or removed allowing the VFX department to comp together different configurations to achieve the desired visual effect. In addition to the highly detailed rigid costume, we created in parallel, equally detailed soft pieces suited for stunt scenes.
Obi-Wan KenobiOur costuming team worked alongside the Obi-Wan Kenobi art department, costume design department and prosthetics team to bring the Darth Vader bio vest from design to reality using body scans to ensure a
perfect fit.
FEATURING OUR WORK

In addition, our collaborative approach with filmmakers, including concept art rendering and 3D scanning allows us to capture the essence of a character, while pushing the boundaries of costume design.
