During the Order 66 flashback in “Chapter 20: The Foundling,” we see Grogu being rescued by a Jedi Master on the BARC speeder that our team fabricated from original design concepts and preliminary models provided by The Mandalorian team. Working together with creatives from Tool of North America to launch Lexus’ new sports car, the “LIT” IS showcases our synchronized workflow of the mapping, physical application, and digital programming of 41,999 LEDs. The result was an adaptable system projecting amazing lighting effects that was reactive to both music and gesture. The vehicle went on to be featured at countless events, and in Dua Lipa’s Be the One music video.
American Airlines had just redesigned their first-class seats and asked us to create high-quality replicas, with fully functional movements and integrated computers for an upcoming TV commercial shoot. Designed on a carpeted, demo-ready platform, the seats were then inserted into our full-size custom-fabricated modular fuselage set. The project was featured at CES as well as print and experiential ads.
Partnering with Lexus and Razer, we reimagined the all-new TX as an immersive gaming experience with fully realized gaming battle stations. The design featured custom responsive lighting elements, seat and ceiling mounted gaming stations, and a custom rear console powering the entire vehicle’s gaming experience. Our in-house team handled everything from concept design to electronics, as well as content capture and the production of a 3-part webisode series.

The Mandalorian: Chapter 22
When the Mandalorian and Bo Katan arrived on Plazir-15 they were shuttled to
the capital inside of a hyperloop pod realized by our design and fabrication teams. The
pod was built on a steel chassis, allowing it to be moved on set to simulate the high
speeds of a real-world [PH1] transport. Our team built out the central portion of the pod
which the characters sat in.
With a combination of rental placement and prop building we recreated the interior of a Navy submarine.
FEATURING OUR WORK
The vehicles and ships we create look and feel realistic, and immersive for both the crew on set and the audience behind the screen. Our expertise and passion for the work is evident in projects like the Call of Duty hoverbike, the Lexus LIT IS, adorned with 41k programmable LED’s, the BARC Speeder from The Mandalorian and Cypher’s Taco Truck for Valorant, that was designed to introduce brand new content into the real world. Whether you’re a seasoned filmmaker or powerhouse agency, our custom vehicle fabrication team can turn your wildest transportation designs, including detailed aspects like illuminated instrument panels and seat upholstery, into reality with our resident creative team. In addition to high level dimensional details and finishes, our team designs every vehicle with a unique custom chassis that allows it to be transported and transitioned onto motion rigs on set such as gimbals, air bags, and more. The ability to do everything in house like structural engineering and on-site support, produces results that are bigger, better and more cost-effective than expected.
