SCPS Unlimited partnered with Fallon and O Positive to fabricate a custom robot for a national Totino’s Pizza commercial. Beginning with hand-drawn concept sketches, our design team explored multiple creative directions before developing detailed renderings that refined the robot’s appearance, finish, and overall personality for the production.

Once the final concept was approved, our fabrication team built the robot from the ground up, manufacturing the exterior housing, integrating radio-controlled mechanisms, and applying a custom paint finish to achieve the desired on-camera look. We also provided on-set support, operating and puppeteering the robot throughout filming to ensure every movement matched the creative vision.

This project highlights SCPS Unlimited’s expertise in robot fabrication, animatronics, custom props, and commercial fabrication for advertising, television, and film productions.
