When the Avengers assemble, every detail of their costumes must hold up to the scale of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame, the SCPS Unlimited team once again contributed to the creation of several hero costume elements used by some of the franchise’s most recognizable characters.

Our work on the film combined traditional costume fabrication with modern techniques such as 3D scanning and 3D printing to create lightweight, durable pieces designed specifically for the demands of film production. Each element had to integrate seamlessly into the costume design while allowing the actors freedom of movement for action sequences, stunt work, and long shooting days on set.

From armor components to precision-fit accessories, SCPS Unlimited helped bring key elements of the Avengers’ iconic looks to life.

Black Widow

Working on Black Widow’s gear has been a continuing collaboration across multiple Marvel films. For Avengers: Endgame, SCPS Unlimited once again fabricated Black Widow’s signature Widow’s Bite gauntlets, along with the backpack designed to hold her two batons.

In addition to the Widow’s Bite gauntlets, our team produced several exterior armor-style costume elements integrated into the tactical suit worn by Scarlett Johansson. These pieces were engineered to maintain their sleek appearance while remaining lightweight and functional for stunt work.

THOR

Thor may have taken on a slightly different physical appearance in Endgame, but the God of Thunder’s armor and cape elements remained central to his on-screen presence.

As in previous Marvel films, SCPS Unlimited fabricated select costume armor elements and functional mechanisms that allowed Chris Hemsworth to move naturally while filming battle sequences. These hidden features help actors interact with their costumes while maintaining the dramatic visual impact expected from the character.

Ronin

In Avengers: Endgame, Clint Barton returns in a darker form as Ronin, bringing a new aesthetic to the character.

For this transformation, SCPS Unlimited fabricated lightweight armor-looking costume elements that allowed Jeremy Renner to move freely during complex action scenes. These pieces were designed to achieve the aggressive visual style of the character while remaining flexible enough for stunt choreography.

Falcon

Falcon’s goggles have appeared in multiple Marvel films and remain one of the most recognizable accessories associated with the winged Avenger.

To ensure a precise fit, our team utilized 3D scanning technology to capture digital data of Anthony Mackie’s head, allowing us to fabricate goggles tailored specifically to the actor. This process ensures both comfort and accuracy, helping the piece integrate seamlessly into the costume.

CAPTAIN AMERICA

No Avenger costume is more iconic than Captain America’s suit and the star across his chest.

Over the years, SCPS Unlimited has produced multiple versions of this recognizable costume element across the Marvel franchise. For Avengers: Endgame, we once again fabricated elements of the character’s suit, combining digital modeling and fabrication techniques to maintain consistency across hero and stunt costumes.

While Endgame marked the conclusion of a major chapter in the Avengers saga, our work in costume fabrication continues across film, television, and live productions. SCPS Unlimited fabricated costume elements for Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame, including Black Widow’s Widow’s Bite gauntlets, Falcon’s goggles, and armor components for several Avengers characters.
