For the release of Dark Phoenix, 20th Century Fox partnered with SCPS Unlimited to create 65 limited-edition replicas of the iconic X-Mansion. The project began with a detailed digital model that was brought to life through high-resolution 3D printing, mold making, resin casting, and precision fabrication. By combining advanced manufacturing with traditional model-making techniques, our team was able to efficiently produce a collectible series while preserving the intricate architectural details of the original design.
Each X-Mansion replica was hand-finished with custom paint, weathering, and scenic detailing to recreate the mansion’s distinctive on-screen appearance. Distributed worldwide as exclusive promotional prizes, the finished models showcased SCPS Unlimited’s expertise in architectural model fabrication, collectible production, and entertainment marketing projects, delivering a premium piece worthy of the X-Men franchise.
This project is part of a long-standing collaboration between SCPS Unlimited and 20th Century Fox that has included custom replicas and promotional collectibles for films such as Alita: Battle Angel, Deadpool 2, Logan, The Wolverine, and Murder on the Orient Express.
